• Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the Toronto area.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping:

  • Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be delivered to urban areas in Ontario and Quebec.
  • For rural areas or other provinces, delivery may take 2-4 business days.
  • Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

• Express Shipping:

  • You have the option to choose express shipping for faster delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all orders can be shipped with express services.
  • In the event that express shipping is unavailable for your order, we will use standard shipping and refund any express shipping fees that may have been charged.

Courier Selection

We work with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and other major courier companies. We will select the most appropriate service based on your order’s destination and other relevant factors.

Additional Information

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
• We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes with express shipping services.
